2. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order.
3. How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- We will provide you with a return shipping address and any additional instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
